several management positions and in training and consultancy
assignments.

Thanks to long experience in teaching
personnel management and organizational development at the university
and hands-on practice in the field of personnel management, I have
learned to analyze problems properly and to design usable scenarios
and solutions.
A variety of contacts and work
experience abroad both in European countries and in the USA may be of
use in an era in which businesses need to compete/to operate
internationally.
International work continues to be a
passion of mine.
