currunt, coelum non animum mutant" It is the ambition of Over de Brug, Interim-management, to operate internationally in both member states of the European Union and in the USA. I consider the increasing importance and opportunities of doing business across borders as a great opportunity. My mobility is big in more than one respect. I have acquired many useful skills during my work abroad and by working with people from abroad. Speaking Dutch as a native language and proficiency in both the English and the German language make me suitable for work in many countries. In recent years a vast network of contacts abroad has been built. These contacts include managers, HR practitioners, and academic colleagues in business administration and human resource management. |
